Terms of Use — UusLove

1. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing or using UusLove (the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any condition, do not use the Platform.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

• User: person who accesses or uses the Platform.
• Personalized Page: page created by the couple from the information provided in the form.
• User Content: texts, images, photos, and other materials submitted by the User.

3. Service Description

The Platform allows couples to create a Personalized Page by completing a form with names, relationship start date, personalized message, and up to 7 photos.

After submitting the form:

• the couple is redirected to checkout;
• once payment is completed, the Page is published and the couple receives the link and QR Code by email.

4. Eligibility

By using the Platform, you declare that you are 18 years old or older (or duly authorized by a legal guardian). Use is personal and non-transferable.

5. Registration, Account, and Security

To use the service, you must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• keeping your information accurate and up to date;
• protecting access to your email account and to communications sent by the Platform;
• notifying us if you become aware of unauthorized use.

We will not share your email with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

6. Privacy and Data Protection (LGPD)

We process personal data in accordance with Law 13.709/2018 (LGPD) and our Privacy Policy.

We use your email to send the link/QR Code and the communications necessary for service delivery. You may exercise rights such as confirmation of processing, access, correction, and deletion of data through the Contact channel indicated below.

7. User Content

You declare that you hold the necessary rights to all content submitted (especially photos) and that it:

• does not violate third-party rights (copyright, image, trademarks);
• is not illegal, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or pornographic;
• does not contain sensitive data of third parties without authorization.

By submitting content, you grant UusLove a non-exclusive, worldwide, and royalty-free license to store, host, reproduce, and display the content solely for operating and showcasing your Personalized Page.

We may remove or disable content that violates these Terms or the law.

8. Plans, Term, and Availability

Basic: hosting of the Page for 1 (one) year from payment confirmation.

Advanced (lifetime): hosting while UusLove maintains the Platform in commercial operation. “Lifetime” refers to the service’s useful life, not the buyer’s lifespan.

When the basic plan period ends without renewal, the Page may be taken offline. Before any discontinuation, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you and offer preservation/export options when possible.

9. Payments, Taxes, and Refunds

Payments are processed via Stripe. We may rely on third-party email providers and other technical vendors.

• Prices may be subject to taxes as required by applicable law.
• Right of withdrawal (Brazilian Consumer Code, art. 49): for online purchases, you may cancel within 7 (seven) calendar days from payment confirmation. In this case, we will issue a full refund after you request it through the Contact channel.
• After the legal period, we do not offer refunds except for duplicate charges or unreasonable service unavailability caused solely by UusLove, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

10. Permitted Use and Prohibitions

It is prohibited to:

• perform reverse engineering, bypass technical measures, or overload the Platform;
• use the Platform for unlawful purposes, spam, fraud, or violation of third-party rights;
• upload malware, viruses, or content that compromises security.

We may suspend or terminate access in case of violation of these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, layout, design, and Platform features belong to UusLove or its licensors. Using the Platform does not grant any intellectual property rights.

12. Availability, Maintenance, and Support

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We may carry out scheduled or emergency maintenance. We will use reasonable efforts to minimize impacts and communicate relevant downtime when possible.

13. Service Changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features for technical, legal, or business reasons. In the event of significant discontinuation, we will strive to notify you and offer alternatives (e.g., exporting content). UusLove is not responsible for losses arising from reasonable and necessary changes to ensure business continuity.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UusLove is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, lost profits, data loss, or loss of opportunities arising from the use or inability to use the Platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15. Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access in case of breach of these Terms, legal order, or risk to security/operations. Upon termination, we may retain data for the time necessary to comply with legal, contractual, and regulatory obligations.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date will be adjusted at the top of the document. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the current version.
